• Ricotta, cranberry & almond stuffed turkey roll, wrapped in streaky bacon & pre-cooked to make your Christmas & Boxing Day event a breeze, simply reheat and brown off bacon

• Maple, citrus marmalade, mustard glazed half leg of ham studded with cloves, perfect warmed through or served cold

• Baked side of citrus & dill marinated salmon & rocket

Salads/Sides:

• Seasonal roasted vegetable salad with housemade pickles, romesco, feta & rocket (gf)

• Roasted dutch carrots, rocket, hummus & dukkah (gf, df)

• Roast pesto potato salad with rocket, parmesan, almond & caramelised onion (gf)

• Mexican style chipotle sweet potato salad with pink pickled onions, charred corn, black beans & herbed yoghurt (gf)

• Spring green salad - broccolini, spring greens, marinated butter beans, avocado & miso yoghurt dressing (gf)

• Raw rainbow slaw with citrus dressing (gf, vegan)
