Sorelle was born out of our shared love and passion for food, starting from a very young age our Nonna fed us up until we could barely move from the dining table. She always cooked straight from the heart and put just that into everything she did, she showed us how much love you can put into one meal and the fulfilment you feel when you watch the entire dinner table enjoy the food you have prepared, it makes it all worthwhile. Cooking is not a labour of love it is just pure and untainted amore.
We like to think we put that exact same feeling into all our food creations, using this as our springboard we work with the seasons through our local suppliers and urban growers to showcase the best produce we can find. Scratch making all our menu items is essential to our minimal wastage ethos and we could not think of anything better than being able to explain exactly what goes into each menu item and our thought process behind creating it.
At Sorelle we just love to share food that we love to eat with everyone, the more the merrier.
